VISION
A trusted education provider for women's hormonal health
Our vision is to become a trusted provider of evidence-informed professional education in women's hormonal health, supporting clinicians and healthcare organisations with learning designed for real-world primary care.

OUR APPROACH
Education designed for clinical practice
Our programmes bring together evidence-informed learning design, practical clinical application and independent clinical review.
Evidence-informed
Programme content is informed by relevant clinical guidance, research and clinical literature.
Designed for application
Learning is structured around practical capabilities clinicians can apply within routine primary care.
Independently clinically reviewed
Clinical content is independently scrutinised by practising clinicians with relevant expertise.
Maintained over time
Programme content is reviewed periodically so relevant developments in guidance and evidence can be considered.
FOUNDER & PROGRAMME LEAD
Sophie Bell
Founder & Programme Lead
Sophie Bell is the Founder and Programme Lead of Pattern Health Education, identifying educational needs and designing programmes that translate the evidence base for hormone-related conditions into practical education for clinicians to apply in primary care.
Drawing on a background in education and psychology and experience developing and delivering professional training, Sophie leads educational needs analysis, programme development and learning design at Pattern Health Education.
She founded Pattern Health Education with a focus on an area of healthcare where education can play an important role: helping clinicians recognise patterns, navigate complex presentations and apply evidence and guidance within the realities of routine primary care.
Her role is focused on the educational development and strategic direction of Pattern Health Education. Clinical content is subject to independent review by practising clinicians with relevant expertise, providing clear separation between programme development and independent clinical scrutiny.
